Endodonti (Root Canals))

Endodontics is the main science in which root canal treatments are performed.Today known as root canal treatment

Endodonti Dentistry is the main science in which the root canal is treated. Today, canal treatment is
performed in one session of live teeth, and two sessions of teeth that have lost their vitality.

About dental anatomy

The part of the tooth that appears in the mouth is called the cornea. The part that does not appear in the mouth and is called the part that remains in the bone is the root. Our teeth are made up of several layers. Outside the larger part of the coron section, the part of our mouth is called enamel. The stem part of the leg is below the gums and surrounded by the bones above it are the cement layers. The advantage of ivory is the largest layer of age and unlike the enamel layer, it contains nerve endings. This feature plays a role in the mechanism of pain.
There is a tooth pulp under the ivory layer. This part contains femoral veins and nerves. Pulp plays an important role during application and development of teeth. It also tells us the problems we face with the mechanism of pain and pain we have after swallowing the tooth.

How does the heart of the tooth get inflamed?

Everyone has bacteria in the mouth cavity. Bacteria combine with many of the foods we buy to make acids in our mouths. If we do not remove these acids from our mouths, these substances will damage and cause tingling in the enamel layer. If the bruises formed are not treated, they pass to the ivory layer under the enamel layer. Although the ivory layer stimulates us through pain, if the contour formed is still untreated, the microorganisms move towards the pulp. At the same time activates different ways to protect themselves. One of these methods is to warn us through pain, but after a while we do not have to treat microorganisms that destroy blood vessels and nerves in the pulp, which can lead to inflammation formation.

Pulp is another form of inflammation that is painful. Stroke of the toes can enter the veins and nerves to the root root of the root to break down, resulting in loss of vital teeth. Adding microorganisms in any way to this condition causes pulp inflammation. Another way to get gum inflammation is to have long-term gum disease (gum and circumference) around the tooth.

How is it understood that the mouth contains inflammation?

Dental hygiene that occurs during consumption of cold and hot food and reasonable dental sensitivity can be a sign of the onset of inflammation. These signs of inflammation may include excessive color changes occurring in the teeth. Apart from that, in the untreated teeth that reach the pulp, the infection may spread from the root tip to the jaw bone and cause a small swelling in the face. In this case, anti-infection, the use of antibiotics as well as the procedures of the dentist can be used. The general conclusion is that the percentage of inflated gums should be removed after the swelling point, but this is a very old idea. Even teeth that cause infection at this stage can be kept in the mouth by canal therapy and this age can serve you for years like healthy age.

What are the stages of treatment with the channel?

. Determination of teeth by radiography. -
. Local anesthesia is performed when the tooth is alive and the sensation in the teeth and surrounding tissues is prevented.
. Clean the enamel and ivory layers to form the cavity to reach the core.
. Determine the length of work using electronic tools and check the rays.
. Destroy and remove infected ivory plates and microorganisms in the root canal using rotary device systems.
. Destroy microorganisms with various root canal disinfectants while using rotary tools in root channels.
If the tooth is not alive at the start of channel treatment, a certain period of time is expected with an antiseptic of the channel in the root canal and filling of the primary blood at the next meeting.

After treatment of the root canal, the tooth is cut off for the surrounding tissue, the infection does not occur again, and if there is damage to tissues surrounding the tooth, it aims to repair it.

Today, the success rate is 90% for the treatment of the canal with appropriate treatment.
